6. Production and Delivery
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, order complexity, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping terms (including but not limited to EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP) shall be agreed upon in advance.
Risk of loss and responsibility for goods shall transfer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
